Cross Behind Lunge

Hold a dumbbell in your hand and put it in front of you. Move your weight to one leg and cross the other leg behind you. Ensure your hips lean forward while moving your weight. Focus more on doing the routine in your best form. Take both legs close to the floor in a lunge and keep your weight on the front leg. Go back into your starting position.

Hip Lift and March

Lie with your face up on the floor or a mat. Ensure your knees are bent and your feet are flat. Raise your hips and put a dumbbell on your hips. Ensure this creates a straight line from your hips to your knees. Lift a leg from the ground as if you are marching. Then, take that leg down and lift the other leg in a similar manner. Repeat this process.
