Raspberries

Raspberries are another antioxidant-rich fruit. They are an excellent source of vitamin C and dietary fiber. Studies show that you can get up to 4 mmol of antioxidants from 100 g of raspberries. [21]
The antioxidants present in raspberries are associated with a reduced risk of cancer. One in vitro study reported that raspberry antioxidants killed up 90 percent of breast, stomach, and colon cancer cells in the experiment. [22] A review of studies on the subject reported similar results. [23]
So far, there have been no studies in humans on their anticancer activity, but the results in test-tube studies are promising.
