Hunched backs
Dog pancreatitis comes with severe pain and discomfort. Hunched back in dogs is protruding of the bag upwards in an attempt to reduce the pain. It is also called kyphosis and can be described as abdomen tucking because it originates from discomforts in the gastrointestinal system. When hunched backs persist for a very long time, it’s a sign of dog pancreatitis. Apart from pancreatitis, hunched backs can also be a symptom of abdominal pain, pains in muscles, kidney failure, and spinal pain [5]. It is a method of alleviating pain and discomfort. Signs of hunched back should be reported to a vet immediately because it could imply any other medical condition.
