Lupus
Lupus is an autoimmune condition that causes your immune system to attack your joints and tissues. It can be similar to some types of fibromyalgia and arthritis [4], while some of its other symptoms include aching and tiredness. Sometimes, people with lupus develop a distinct rash although this is not common as the symptoms vary between patients. Although lupus does not show up in tests, doctors can perform tests to rule out other diseases. Lupus can also be spotted if doctors are allowed to closely monitor the condition as it develops. Early detection is key to managing the disease properly.
