Eat Full-Fat Foods

You can find varieties of low fat foods such as yogurt, peanut butter, and salad dressing everywhere. If you have been told that fat is bad, it may feel natural to reach for these alternatives rather than the full fat versions, especially when you are trying to lose weight.
However, they usually contain more sugars and calories than the full-fat counterparts. For example, a 6-ounce (170-gram) serving of low fat vanilla yogurt contains 24 grams of sugar and 144 calories. The same amount of full-fat plain yogurt contains just 8 grams of naturally occurring milk sugar and only 104 calories.
It is highly recommended to opt for full-fat foods when trying to cut your sugar intake.
