Assume the best intentions

In most cases, shy people feel like everyone is trying to point out their mistakes. However, in social situations, it is important to assume the best intention. Do not assume everyone is judging you for your actions or words.
It is important to note that there is a tendency to make mistakes or say weird things when you feel tense, nervous, and awkward. You may assume that people have the same attitude as the people who raised us. That is, if your parents condemn you a lot, you may assume that everyone will do the same. You can end shyness by assuming that other people in the group meeting are doing the best they can and so are we.
