Wet Combing
Wet combing is a special method for treating head lice infestation. Start with an ordinary comb by running it through your hair to detangle knots. Next, apply a generous amount of conditioner all through wet or dry hair, massage into the scalp, and go all the way down to the hair tips. Part your hair into sections and change to a fine-tooth comb [5] with a spacing of less than 0.3mm to run through your hair. Ensure that you comb from the roots to the ends or tips of your hair. At intervals, wipe the conditioner from your hair with a paper towel to check for lice and eggs. You may need a magnifying glass to help you see the parasite.
