Side Effects of Astragalus and Precautions for Astragalus

As with any other drug or medications, there are some side effects of astragalus, some of which include:
Common side effects
- Itching
- Rashes
- Headache
- Nausea and diarrhea
- Runny nose
- Fatigue
Long term side effects are still unknown, since studies longer than four months have not been conducted.
Serious Side Effects
Astragalus is anticipated to have few severe adverse effects. Discuss any concerns you may have with your healthcare professional.
