Types of Physical Stretches

There are certain types of exercises that aid axillary web syndrome, such as:
Snow angel
This exercises helps to pull the shoulder muscles, in order to give good posture and also to decrease the pain of the shoulder.
Procedure
Firstly, lie flat on your back with the knees up and feet flat on the ground, let your arms be down by your sides with the palms facing up. Gently squeeze the shoulder blades together, slowly raise the arms to the sides till the above the head with fingers meet, maintain this position for 3-4 breaths.
Slowly slide the arms to the initial position and repeat the process 5-10 times or as advised by the therapist.
