Procedure

Sit on a well-balanced chair with your feet flat on the floor, neck straight and the head up. Place the two hands at the back of your neck with the elbows pointing forward. Slowly open the elbows to the sides and stay in that position for 5-10 seconds and then return to the original position. Repeat this process as your therapist advises.
