Calcium Deficiency (Hypocalcemia) Symptom

Extreme Fatigue and Insomnia

Low levels of calcium in the body cause insomnia [3] or, conversely, drowsiness. People who do not consume enough calcium in their diet suffer from insomnia and are unable to sleep satisfactorily and deeply. Constant, enduring general feeling of lethargy, lack of energy [4], unwillingness to do anything are very commonly associated with low level of calcium. Such states, in their protracted version, cause dizziness, “foggy” thinking, and dullness or provoke inability to concentrate, forgetfulness and confusion of thoughts.
