Symptoms of EDS
The kind of EDS you have will determine the specific symptoms you experience. For individuals with the same form of EDS, the intensity of the symptoms will also vary.
Some symptoms, however, are more typical than others.
Stretchy skin
People with EDS may have skin that is stretchy and almost elastic due to a lack of collagen in their skin. Except for vascular EDS, all types of EDS are impacted by skin elasticity.
Dermatosparaxis EDS and conventional EDS frequently have a greater impact on the skin. Your skin might not recover as it should if you have dermatosparaxis EDS, and you might also have loose skin or skin creases.
