How Highly Sensitive Person Can Improve Their Sleep?

Create a Comforting Environment

Highly sensitive people are greatly affected by their environment. It is important to have a sleep place where you feel comfortable and at ease. You can do the following things to your environment to make it suitable for sleeping

  1. Make sure your room is dark and cool around 65°F (18.3°C).
  2. Use white noise machines to remove excess noise.
  3. Get comfortable pillows, sheets and mattresses.

It is important to know that there is nothing wrong with being sensitive and that good sleep is achievable. Cultivating habits that help you feel more at ease or less anxious is good for sleep.
