It would help to contact your doctor when:

  • You keep vomiting (vomiting more than 4-5 times in a day).
  • You experience nausea that affects your ability to eat, and cannot be treated by prescribed drugs.
  • You have Diarrhea [5] (4-6 episodes in a 24-hour period) that cannot be treated with anti-diarrhea drugs and diet changes.
  • Muscle twitching, increased urination, poor appetite, and irritability that does not improve.
  • If you experience excessive sleepiness, and confusion.
  • Severe constipation that cannot be treated by laxatives and lasts for 2 to 3 days.
