Regular Exercise

Part of the symptoms of menopause is a decreased level of energy, which makes you feel like you do not want to exercise. But staying active during the menopause transition can help shifting weight from places that you do not want it to go.
Exercise does not have to mean an intense workout. Constant regular walk can be all you need, it’ll help get your heart rate up and get you some extra dose of vitamin D [4], which can help you lose weight.
Other low-impact workouts like yoga can help you:
- maintain flexibility
- improve your bone density
- Improve your muscle tone
