Conclusion

Teletherapy is a very effective way to get your therapy treatment. It is almost as effective as in-person therapy. Although it may take some getting used to, it is highly recommended for people who are recovering from illnesses, have disabilities, or live in rural areas. Try it a few times to decide if you prefer it over office therapy.
