Trout & Certain oils

Trout is a popular fish. It is smaller than salmon and is mostly found in freshwater. Many people hunt it for leisure, but if you want a sizeable number you should probably buy it from places it is sold. Trout is rich in many nutrients, such as proteins and omega-3 fatty acids. Vitamin E is also present in trout. You can expect to get 2.8 milligrams [9] of vitamin E from every 100-gram serving of trout you consume.
Not all oils are good, but a sizeable number are. Some oils are a rich source of vitamin E. You can get 20 milligrams [10] and 4.39 milligrams [11] of vitamin E from one tablespoon of wheat germ and rice bran oils respectively. A tablespoon of grapeseed oil contains 3.92 milligrams [12] of vitamin E while a tablespoon of safflower oil contains 4.64 milligrams [13] of vitamin E.
