Drowsiness is a common side effect caused by most NSAIDs. However, Nabumetone oral tablet doesn’t cause drowsiness. It has its side effects.
Most experienced side effects
These effects are often experienced by people that take nabumetone:

- Constipation
- Swelling of the hands, feet, and ankles
- Mild rash
- Ringing in the ears
- Sensitivity to the sun
Severe side effects
These effects are hazardous, and they require urgent medical attention. You should call emergency services if you experience any life-threatening side effects. Some of them include:
- Severe chest pain
- Nausea
- Trouble breathing
- Severe stomach pain
- Trouble speaking or thinking
- Weakness on one side of the body

- Cramping or pain in the legs
- Coughing
- Trouble breathing
- Swelling
- Abnormal weight gain
- Abdominal cramping or pain
- Yellowing of the skin or the whites of the eyes
- Sudden or severe rash
- High blood pressure
- Red, swollen, blistered, or peeling skin
- Red or irritated eyes
- Sores in your mouth, nose, throat, or eyes
It would be best to know that most of these side effects are symptoms of heart attack, stroke, liver toxicity, allergic reactions and skin diseases.
