OCREVUS – Side effects, Uses, Dosage and More

Overview

This drug belongs to the drug class called monoclonal antibiotics. This drug is mostly found in a liquid form in vial and is administered as an infusion that is dripped into the blood veins over a period of time. This medication works as a fighter in the immune system. It helps to fight against a particular cell called the B cell. Ocrevus can only be found as a brand name drug and is not available as a generic medication. In adults, this drug helps to fight against multiple sclerosis. The presence of multiple sclerosis causes the immune system to sometimes attack the spinal cord and certain nerves in the brain. These attacks in the brain may lead to numbness [1] of the muscle, weakness, and swelling and then it becomes a problem to work.
