This medication works as a fighter in the immune system. It helps to fight against a particular cell called the B cell. Ocrevus can only be found as a brand name drug and is not available as a generic medication. In adults, this drug helps to fight against multiple sclerosis. The presence of multiple sclerosis causes the immune system to sometimes attack the spinal cord and certain nerves in the brain.
