Side Effects

Some people may experience some side effects although a majority of people using this medication do not have serious side effects. Some of these side effects include;
- Blurred vision, pain in the eye, seeing halos around light
- Swelling
- Severe depression
- Rapid weight gain
- Bloody or tarry stools [3]
- Coughing up blood
- Pancreatitis [4]
- Decreased level of potassium
- Elevated blood pressure
Other common side effects include;
- Increased appetite
- Acne
- Persistent sore throat
- Nausea
- Bloating
- Poor wound healing
- Insomnia
- Mood swings
- Stomach pain
- Increased sweating
- Heartburn
