Dosage for acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL)

Adults diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) should take 140 mg once a day.

Dosage for children

Children diagnosed with Ph+ CML or Ph+ ALL will receive Sprycel combined with chemotherapy. The dosage of the drug administered depends on your child’s body weight:

  • 10 to 20 kg: 40 mg once a day
  • 20 to 30 kg: 60 mg once a day
  • 30 to 45 kg: 70 mg once a day
  • 45 kg or more: 100 mg once a day
