Overdose

In a situation of overdosing, the first aid treatment that should be given to a victim is naloxone. Naloxone is the reverse medication for an overdose of tramadol. It blocks the effects of opiates that cause high levels of opiates in the body system. The victim should see medical personnel afterwards for proper attention. Some of the symptoms of overdosing are

  • Muscle weakness
  • Inability to respond or wake up
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Drowsiness or sleepiness
  • Decreased size of the pupil
