  • Some antifungal drugs affect the easy removal of sildenafil from the body system and may affect how this medication works. Examples of such medicines are HIV protease inhibitors (such as (ritonavir and saquinavir), macrolide antibiotics (like erythromycin and clarithromycin), and hepatitis C virus protease inhibitors [5] (such as telaprevir), rifampin, mifepristone.
  • Do not also take any other drugs containing sildenafil or similar medications to treat erectile dysfunction or pulmonary arterial hypertension like tadalafil or vardenafil.
