Profuse Sweating

Sweating is another symptom of this infection that occurs during attacks when the temperature rises suddenly. The sudden spike in body temperature causes the skin to break out in a sweat [4]. The sweat glands swing into action in a bid to cool off the body when the temperature rises past the normal level. Some of the droplets evaporate from the skin surface into the air, taking heat with it. The remaining is what trickles down the face and body. The amount of sweat is dependent on high or low-grade fever but is a good sign that the body is working to correct itself.
