Vestibular neuritis
Vestibular neuritis is an ear problem that causes ringing, spinning sensation, nausea, or vomiting. This is a temporary condition that doesn’t cause permanent damage. Signs of Vestibular neuritis include mild and severe symptoms of vertigo, which resolves within twenty-four to seventy-two hours.
It usually resolves without the use of mediation, but in some cases, it can last longer than expected, and your doctor will prescribe drugs for it.

Meniere’s disease is an ear disorder that causes dizziness. It is triggered when you carry out some activities like stress, fatigue, and a high-salt diet. The type of dizziness when you have Meniere’s disease is a spinning sensation that feels like the room is going in circles.
