Charcot-Marie-Tooth Disease (CMT)

Charcot-Marie-Tooth Disease is one of the most typical inherited nerve diseases. CMT affects the nerves that control the muscles in the body. Similar to some other types of diseases, the symptoms of CMT worsen over time. The first symptom of the condition is burning foot pain. Aside from burning foot pain, individuals may experience muscle atrophy and clumsiness.
