Sleep Disorder

In some individuals, leg pain may be strongly associated with sleep disorders. According to a study, more than one-third of adults [3] in the US claim to be getting lesser than seven hours of sleep in twenty-four hours. Moreover, over seventy percent of high school students report having less than eight hours of sleep during the week. RLS (Restless Leg Syndrome) describes the constant need to move the legs, which usually causes pain and a sleep disorder.
