There are cases of heavy legs that may not lead to pain. However, there are cases where an individual may feel severe pain. Usually, after workouts, a heavy leg is a familiar feeling. They can be a sign of many conditions or disorders in the human body.
Heavy legs may be due to overtraining the legs, varicose veins [4], and restless leg symptoms. Individuals that feel heavy legs can try some home remedies. Examples are elevating the legs, wearing compression socks, avoiding hot baths, and reducing sodium intake.
