[5] The procedure can be done without any external incisions. It involves the use of a high-definition camera placed inside your nostrils. It is usually done under general anesthesia [6] and with the help of a camera. Your surgeon will open your sinuses and clear the drainage pathways. In some cases, your doctor may have to remove polyps and fix structural issues.
