It is characterized [4] by depression, tearfulness, resentment, forgetfulness, fatigue, weakness, a tendency to worry, and a reduction in urge for sex. Outbursts of anger, rage, irritability, and conflict often appear. All these signs of PMS before menstruation can occur against the background of insomnia, constipation, increased sensitivity to odors, and numbness of the hands. These symptoms are summarized below;
