Emotional Support

Learning that you may not be able to give birth on your own can take quite a toll on you emotionally. It is important that you have emotional support during this period to help you go through it. The hormonal changes you go through can trigger anxiety and depression during this period.
If needed, your doctor may refer you to a therapist with experience in infertility or ovarian insufficiency to help you cope. You may also decide to join a support group. Relating with others experiencing the same thing may also help.
