Banded Triplanar Toe Taps

This exercise involves the use of a loop band. It is advised for a beginner to try out this movement without the loop band.
Steps: Place a loop band around your ankle and stand hip-width apart. Put your weight on your left foot and go down to a quarter squat position. The band will serve as resistance. Tap your right toe in front of you and move it to the side and then behind you. Continue the exercise for 8-10 minutes and switch to the other leg.
