Lying knee pull-in
The Lying knee pull-in is an easy modification. It is as effective as the hanging knee raises in strengthening your muscles. Follow these guidelines to perform the exercise:
- Lie on a mat and place your arms by your sides, and your palms facing down. Ensure you lie facing up.
- Bend your knees, then lift your legs to a 90-degree angle.
- Breathe out as you move your legs forward. Do not let your toes touch the ground.
- Breathe in when going back to the starting position.
