How to Use Resistance Band Exercises to Achieve Your Goals

These exercises can be done in two ways:

  • As a full-strength workout, total body or for a particular area of the body. You can do these by picking three to five exercises, doing them for eight to twenty-five reps and repeating two to five rounds. Your fitness and resistance level affect how many times you can repeat it.
  • As a warm up, to wake a particular muscle group. For instance, if you are unable to feel your glutes working, you can do two rounds of fire hydrants and side squats before you perform any leg workout. Do as many reps as you need to make your glutes work properly.

There are several resistance bands exercises that can be done at home or in a gym to build the muscles, they include:
