While exhaling, release the arms like a dive as the torso is folded over the legs. It’s vital to have a slight bend on the knees for the first time. Besides, no matter the flexibility level, the hamstrings will be cold initially, so it’s crucial to be gentle with them.

Start to straighten the legs as far as possible without feeling any severe pain. Gravity does the work in this section.
