Happy Baby Pose

Happy Baby is a gentle hip opener that improves flexibility, reduces anxiety, and promotes peace of mind. The pose is highly recommended for releasing pelvic floor muscles, inner thighs, low back muscles, and hamstrings. Endometriosis can cause these muscles to become tender and restricted, as a result of pain related movement.
If your hands don’t touch your feet, place them on your thighs or calves or use a strap over the arches of your feet.
- Lie on your back
- Bend your knees towards the outside of your chest
- Face the soles of your feet
- Place your hands on the outside of your feet
- Use your hands to press your feet down
- At the same time press your feet up into your hands
- Hold the position for up to a minute
