Stop Consumption of Fruit Juice

There’s a popular misconception that processed fruit juice is just as healthy as the fruits itself. Whole fruits contain adequate fiber levels, while fruit juice contains little fiber content with high sugar levels. Undoubtedly, they also have a fair amount of minerals and vitamins, but the sugar content is too high.
