Easy Zucchini Chips

Zucchinis have a similar look to cucumbers due to their shape and color, but they have some distinct features like woody stems at one end, and a flower on the other. Potato chips are one of the most consumed snacks that contribute to high sodium intake. Prepare some homemade zucchini chips as a healthy vegetable option to replace potato chips.
Roasted Edamame
Edamame is unripe soybeans (in their pods) prepared with herbs and spices, which is a popular appetizer for sushi. As a healthy snack, you can roast the green unripe soybeans (in their pod) with very little salt.
