Grapes

Grapes are nutrient dense, possess anti-inflammatory properties, and high in antioxidants. A review of 24 studies showed that grape products can significantly reduce levels of C-reactive protein (CRP), a marker used to measure inflammation.
In addition, grapes contain several compounds that have been shown to be beneficial in treating arthritis, including resveratrol, an antioxidant in the skin of grapes.
Although more research is needed in humans, there have been several studies on animals to show certain compounds found in grapes could reduce inflammation and slow the progression of certain types of arthritis.
