Strawberries

Raspberries
Raspberries are another type of delicious berry. These aggregate fruits have red or black skin and are very nutritious. They contain a lot of fiber, vitamin C, and manganese.
These fruits have a strong flavor and can be eaten raw, in salads, or blended into juice. One cup of raw raspberries contains around 8 grams of fiber. You can get 6.5 grams of fiber per 100 grams of raspberry. [12]
Raspberries are loosely related to blackberries, an another kind of berry with high fiber content. Blackberries contain about 5.3 grams of fiber in every 100 grams. [13]
