Tuna

Like shrimp, tuna also contains low calorie, high protein, and high iodine levels. It is also a rich source of B vitamins, iron, and potassium. Tuna contains high levels of omega-3 fatty acids [5], which may reduce the risk of heart diseases. Fish with high levels of fat contain lower amounts of iodine. Tuna is a fatty fish, so it contains lower levels of iodine than leaner fish varieties, like cod. Tuna provides 17 mcg of iodine for every three ounces, or 11% of the recommended daily intake.
