You can reject Medicare completely, if you want to. But this is not always advisable. You must decline completely from any Social Security or Railroad Retirement Board (RRB) benefits if you want to reject Medicare. When you withdraw from these benefits, you will have to repay all the benefits you received before your withdrawal date.
