Medicare Part A eligibility
If you are qualified to enroll in Medicare Part A, you can enroll in the QMB program. You must meet the following requirements to access Part A:
- You can be any age, but you must have a qualifying disability
- 65 years or older
- You can be of any age but must have amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS or Lou Gehrig’s disease [5] or end stage renal disease (ESRD) [6].
