Adding Alfalfa to Your Diet

Alfalfa is available in the form of a tablet or powdered supplements, and it can also be used to brew tea.
It is difficult to suggest a safe or effective dose of lucerne seeds, leaves, or extract because there is so little human research on the subject.
Herbal supplements are not strictly regulated by the FDA, so make sure you do your homework and purchase from a reliable supplier, ideally one that encourages independent third-party testing of its goods.
Alfalfa can also be consumed as sprouts to add it to your diet. Alfalfa sprouts can be incorporated into your diet in a variety of ways, such a salad or sandwich.
You can get them at your closest healthy food store or sprout them at home.
