Most pastas & Snacks

Not all pastas contain gluten, but a significant number of them do. This is because most of them are made from grains containing gluten. Unless your pasta is specifically designated gluten-free, the safe bet is to assume that it contains gluten. Pastas known to contain gluten [7] include dumplings, spaghetti, ravioli, couscous, gnocchiudon noodles, wheat pasta, ramen noodles, soba noodles, chow mein, and egg noodles.
A lot of snacks contain gluten. Some of these snacks [8] are candy bars, granola bars, energy bars, cereal bars, cookies, and snack mixes.
