What is Pre-Workout?

Pre-workout is a supplement that’s created to give you an extra boost of energy during the workout. The supplement comes with a caffeinated boost that helps you utilize your workout period by providing energy, endurance, and power to go through longer workouts with more reps and intensity.

The two groups of pre-workout are products with stimulants and products without stimulants. Pre-workout is mostly available in powder form and then mixed with water to make it taste the flavor of a sports beverage. However, it can also be available in food or pill form.
