Drink Fluid or Consume Carbohydrates

Consumption of alcohol increase the rate of urination, because it impedes the release of vasopressin (a hormone that decrease the volume of urine made by kidneys). Symptoms such as diarrhea, vomiting or sweating increase the level of dehydration [5]. It is important to take water, even if it is just a sip.
Drinking can lower the blood sugar level, so most times the symptoms from hangover can be as a result of the brain working without enough glucose. People that don’t eat after drinking elevate the risk of lower blood sugar level. Toast and juice are ways to get the blood glucose level back to normal.
