Side Effects of Bupropion

Bupropion is an antidepressant and it has its positive effects and also its negative effects. These side effects occur at the beginning stage of the use of the tablet. Some effects listed below may occur and some may not occur. If any of these effects arise, it goes away within days. If it doesn’t go, it is advised to visit your doctor for proper regulations. Some side effects are mild and most times the common ones, such as:

  • Sweating
  • Vomiting
  • Confusion
  • Rash

  • Constipation
  • Dry mouth
  • Blurred vision
  • Stomach pain
  • Loss of appetite
  • Agitation
  • Getting angry easily

Some side effects can be life-threatening and require medical emergency, such as:

  • Eye problems like swelling, pain, redness, doubled vision
  • Seizures- loss of consciousness, jerking movement of the legs and arms, confusion
  • Panic attacks
  • Worsened irritability
  • Dangerous impulses
  • Worsened anxiety
  • Chest pain
  • Ringing in the ears
