Carriers of the hepatitis B virus (a virus that inflicts the liver) are always advised not to take Actemra. The virus becomes active while using Actemra. Doctors always do blood tests before using the drug and while using the drug. Presence of any of these signs should be reported to the doctor immediately: fatigue, fevers, chills, vomiting, stomach pain, skin rash, muscle aches, loss of appetite, dark urine (tea colored), eyes or skin look yellow (Jaundice) and clay-colored bowel movements.
