6 Easy Snoring Remedies

Sleep on the Side of the Body

Sleeping on either side of the body proves to help snoring problems. Laying on the back could cause the tongue to move to the end of the throat in some cases. Due to this, there is an airflow obstruction. When an individual sleeps on the left or right side of the body, it tends to promote airflow and reduce snoring due to the normal positioning of the tongue.

Generally, a sleeping position is an ingrained habit, and it’s practically hard to change. However, some hacks may be helpful for some individuals. For example, tying a tennis ball to the back to discourage sleeping in that position can be beneficial.
